Letter From CEO

Dear Patrons,

It has been two long decades since I took the reins of YOUR Company. Well, it is your company as much as mine, because it wouldn’t have been possible for me to reach the stage where I am without your unfailing support. Today, it feels quite amazing to see that when I started in 1992 with my maiden venture, Silica Computers, the computers were in primary stages of development and the Internet was just taking the shape. On the hindsight, I feel I entered at an opportune time.

By 1996, looking at the rapid growth in the information and communication technology, I felt it was the right time to innovate and expand. Thus was born your company, Datatech Computers Pvt Ltd, with the higher aims of keeping in pace with the international standards of products and services.

By 1998, the company grew by leaps and bounds in terms of consistent upgrades in sales and service, expansion and profits, and employees and clients. Around this time, prestigious international companies were spreading their operations in India. I again felt that the company was not keeping pace with the rapid growth in the technology. So in the year 2000, we progressed from a sales and services provider company to an enterprise solutions provider. Then onwards there has been on looking back. We bagged some of most prestigious state and central government orders. Today we are in a position to execute single projects from Rs.100 lacs to 350 lacs (10 to 35 million) in value and 10 to 200 desktops in numbers. As far as after sales service is concerned, we have graduated from the system of AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) to FMC (Facility Management Services.

What appeared “just another” business venture in 1992 has today grown into a highly professional organization with several branches/support centres across Gujarat and nationwide. We are also into outsourcing, web/desktop application development, IT consultancy, design, planning and implementation of network/data centres, IT infrastructure management, data recovery and many more. In addition to an ISO 9001:2000 certified company, our partnership/alliances include the likes of HP, IBM, Cisco and Microsoft, to mention a few.

In conclusion, I would like to say we are the single source “Complete IT Solutions Provider for the Current IT Era”. Once again, I take this opportunity to thank you all for helping me and my team to reach the heights and take us to the stage where once there were only dreams, but now that dreams coming true.
